Work arrangements & targets

Commission wallet balances are internal earnings records, not bank deposits or automatic deductions from Paystack. Verified eligible live payments update the balance. Agents may request withdrawal to their saved bank details; the administrator verifies and pays each request. Pending requests reserve the amount. Salary and training benefits remain in the monthly review.

Approved trainers can teach other agents and record attendance and knowledge checks. The platform administrator controls activation and may approve a separate training bonus when an agent they trained is activated. Approved bonuses appear separately and are settled through the monthly earnings review.

Compulsory training is free every Wednesday, 8–9 p.m. Lagos time (WAT). Choose Physical or Zoom when applying. Pending applicants can update their choice before training is completed.

Commission agents earn on verified live subscription payments from eligible referred clients for 12 months from each client’s first paid subscription. Test payments and free access do not qualify. Renewals earn within that window; they do not count as new clients.

Commission is a flat 10% of each eligible verified live subscription payment. Missing the monthly target does not reduce this percentage. At a ₦30,000 subscription, that is ₦3,000 per client payment: 6 clients give ₦18,000; 8 give ₦24,000.

Salary agents earn ₦8,750 per new paid client converted while on the salary arrangement: 0 clients = ₦0; 4 = ₦35,000; 6 = ₦52,500; 8 = ₦70,000. There is no fixed salary component or referral commission. Renewals do not count as new salary conversions. Current earnings remain provisional until the month closes and is reviewed.

Submit a weekly effort report. An approved salary-to-commission switch takes effect immediately at approval. Only clients registered after that switch are eligible for commission. Earlier salary referrals stay excluded. Salary for qualifying conversions before the switch is settled separately. Clients first paying after the switch do not create salary earnings.
